Pilot Declaration

1. I certify that the above balloon has a current Airworthiness Review Certificate and an insurance policy with Third Party cover to comply with the 2005 EU directive and that both will remain current throughout the event.

2. I agree to indemnify the Organisers of the Meet and the Landowner against any claims made against them as a result of the operation of the above balloon during the Meet.

3. I understand that all inflation, flying and other activity during operation of the balloon during the Meet is subject to the permission of the Meet Organisers through the Safety Officers appointed by them. I accept their authority on all operational matters during the Meet.
